WE ARE STORYTELLERS. U.S. IMMIGRATION IS OUR SUBJECT. YOUR Immigration BUSINESS PLAN IS OUR VOICE.

OUR MISSION:

TO PAVE THE WAY FOR YOUR VISA APPROVAL.

WE BOAST A UNIQUE MIX OF SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.

Every business immigration visa application has a unique story. It might be a new beginning, a goal years in the making, or the next chapter of a business that has already taken shape.

Our job is to tell that story in a way that presents the facts clearly and supports each applicant’s case.

We create business plans for people applying for U.S. visas. We work with entrepreneurs, executives, and investors from around the world on E-2, L-1, EB-1C, EB-2 NIW, and EB-5 visa applications. Each plan is written from scratch after we take the time to understand your business, your background, and your goals, and how they fit within the visa requirements.

No two cases are the same. We do not use templates. We study your documents, learn how your business operates, and make sure the plan reflects the reality of what you are building.

We believe a good business plan should do more than describe your business. It should show that you are prepared, capable, and well-suited to run your business in the United States. It should also speak for you when you are not in the room, presenting your work and intentions clearly and truthfully.

That is why we focus on accuracy, structure, and consistency. We check every detail, align the plan with your supporting documents, and ensure that everything reads as one coherent story.

Behind every plan we write is someone working hard to build something real, and we never lose sight of that. Our role is to prepare a business plan that helps your application speak for itself.

Ready to tell your story? Let us help you put it into words.

GOING THE EXTRA MILES FOR YOUR APPLICATION

FIRST-HAND USER.

Jean-David Cohen understands what it takes to build a life and a business across borders. Before helping others prepare their immigration business plans, he went through the process himself. Having lived in the United States for more than a decade under an E-2 visa, he knows firsthand how much thought, planning, and effort go into a successful visa application. That experience shaped his belief that every applicant deserves a business plan that reflects their work honestly and stands up to professional scrutiny.

Before founding Immigration Business Plan, Jean-David built a career in investment banking, specializing in mergers and acquisitions. He began in Business Valuation at the Montreal office of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he worked directly with two partners recognized nationwide for their expertise.

He later transferred to PwC’s London office, focusing on corporate finance, business strategy, and fundraising, with a particular emphasis on the high-tech industry. His work there involved private equity transactions ranging from mid-market to multi-billion dollar deals.

After moving to the United States, Jean-David launched and managed several ventures in the financial, retail, and distribution industries. Drawing on his own experience as an immigrant entrepreneur, he began helping others prepare the business plans required for their visa applications, first in Miami and later nationwide. He also spent two years as a business broker with Transworld, one of the leading business brokerage firms in the United States, where he helped E-2 visa applicants purchase businesses in South Florida.

Today, Jean-David leads a team of consultants who share his commitment to accuracy, structure, and care. His background in finance, his hands-on business experience, and his understanding of the immigration process give him a unique perspective on what makes a business plan effective. He combines analytical precision with empathy for each client’s journey, ensuring that every plan presents an accurate picture and meets the expectations of U.S. immigration officers.
