Step 1. Once we are hired, via contract and payment (50% of the fee), we schedule an initial meeting (one-on one or over the phone) to get to know you, and learn about your business history and goals. The idea is to have a complete overview of all the aspects of the business.

Step 2. The writing of Business plan and development of financial model begins.

Step 3.  In order to refine the specific details of the business and validate the assumptions underlying the financial model, we will need to have a second meeting.

Step 4.  After 3 weeks, the business plan is emailed to you and/or your attorney so that you can request changes to the document. The other half of the payment is due at that stage.

Step 5. We will make adjustments according to your requirements. We will go back and forth until the product is complete for a period of 10 days.
