How much does it cost to apply for an E-2 visa?

If the beneficiary applies from outside the U.S., the U.S. consulate processes the application and usually charges a fee around $300 depending on which country you are applying from.

If the beneficiary applies in the US, USCIS processes the application and charges a $325 fee.
