EB5 Eligible Countries: Which countries are eligible for?

Unlike the E-2 visa, which is a treaty investor visa available only to citizens of countries with an E-2 treaty with the U.S., the EB-5 visa has no such restriction. Hence every country is EB5 eligible countries. Citizens from any country are eligible to apply for an EB-5 visa, provided they have at least $900,000 to invest and can meet all requirements.
